The registration fee gives the right (entitles you) to attend all the activities of the scientific program of the Congress and getting «Congress bag» that includes:

  • Final Program of the Congress

  • Certificate of attendance
  • Other Congress Materials
  • Free PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKET (received on-site at the registration desk and will be valid within the dates of the Congress)

*  For accompanying persons (only in connection with a registered participant) 90 Euro fee should be paid. Welcome reception and admission to the exhibition area are included. No access to the scientific sessions.

** In case of payment on-site, please take into account that payment is possible only in Russian National Currency (Rubles)(convert in euro).

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Congress Administrative Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 15 August 2015 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 10 % of the registration fee per participant. After 15 August 2015, registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
