Oral and Poster presentations

Dear Colleagues,

Scientific organizing committee of the 14th European Congress of Internal Medicine is glad to inform that 70 abstracts were chosen for oral presentations. 
The list of oral presentations is available HERE. The list of abstracts selected for poster session can be download HERE. The abstracts are posted in alphabetic order due to the first author surname and choosed by the author specialty.

Abstracts' Book

The Abstracts' Book of the 14th European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM 2015) is available in digital format HERE

Specialists, whose scientific and practical activity corresponds to the topics of the Congress, can apply oral or poster presentation for inclusion into the program.

The decision on inclusion of the presentation in the program of oral or poster sessions shall be taken by the Scientific organizing Committee. The authors of the papers included into the program of the Congress will be notified personally.

For participation with the presentation it’s strictly required to pay the registration fee.

Requirements to papers

Oral presentation
  • presentation must be prepared in MS Power Point;
  • it’s necessary to provide a presentation to the Speakers room not later than 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.
Poster presentation
  • the poster sizes: 120 cm vertical and 95 cm horizontal;
  • the lettering of the poster heading should be at least 2.5 cm high. Detailed information should be provided in a smaller type, but remember that your text must be easily readable from distances of at least 1 meter;
  • posters should be placed on stands between 12:00 and 17:00 on October 14, 2015;
  • posters must be removed on October 16th between 16:00 and 18:00. Any remaining posters will be removed and the congress organizers will not keep any left posters for later collection and may be destroyed.

  • the presence of the author next to the poster on October 15th – 16th, 2015 is compulsory.

How to apply your paper for the presentation?

  • not later than 15 June 2015 log in to «Personal account»;
  • add the abstract;
  • when adding abstract check your preference to make oral or poster presentation;
  • wait for the decision of the Scientific organizing Committee;
  • if your abstract will be accepted to the program, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
